Kurt Bernasch, the owner and principal engineer of Cold Consultants Inc, is a mechanical engineer with 12 years of experience in the refrigeration engineering industry. Kurt's business philosophy is to serve all his clients with respect, honesty, and transparency. As an independent consultant, you can rely on Cold Consultants Inc to give you an honest opinion. We strive to earn your trust through clear communication and professional conduct.

Kurt graduated from McMaster University in 2013 when he received his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. He has since specialized in refrigeration engineering, gaining mastery through both his employment and additional education. Kurt spent several years working for Keeprite Refrigeration (an equipment manufacturer) as well as Coldbox Builders Inc (a specialist general contractor), gaining a broad knowledge base to draw from. Kurt is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario, the licensing and regulating body for professional engineering in the province; the Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada; and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers.
